Absurdly good.

Those who pay attention to the boutique side of the industry know the name Matt Booth. He’s most well-known for creating the Room 101 brand. But a few years back, he decided to take leave from the cigar industry. Luckily, it was short lived. Last year we saw his return with the Room101 FARCE cigars which has since received a 92-point rating from the critics. In 2018, we welcomed its follow-up – Room101 FARCE Connecticut.

While the original FARCE was a medium to full-bodied cigar with an exotic 5-country blend, FARCE Connecticut takes a simpler approach. It uses a golden brown Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper leaf over Dominican and Nicaraguan long-fillers. They’re being produced in the Dominican Republic by Tabacalera William Ventura, where it seems many high quality boutique cigars are being made lately. It falls in the mellow to medium-bodied range with smooth flavors and very little bite. A great cigar for any time of day.

Great news! The Room101 Farce Connecticut has receieved a 91-point rating, with the review noting: "A tan Churchill that produces lots of thick, creamy smoke. It's a nutty, woody cigar with pleasant touches of cloves, nougat and vanilla."
